The request for cancellation of a RESCUE annual plan must be made based on a specific case/incident that leads to your dissatisfaction with our service. The incident will be probed and any finding of negligence or service denial from our team will have you eligible for applying for a refund. Any such request for cancellation and refund must be made at least within seven (7) business days from the time of such an incident. The cancellation request must be made via an email sent out to email@example.com the subject line reading “Request for cancellation of Subscription Plan”. Make sure that you type in your contact number in the email so we could contact you back easily. This could also be preceded by a phone call to +91 9986 500 500. However, if we find that there was no negligence/service denial or such denial was due to force majeure, no refund/cancellation will be processed.
We at RESCUE always give you the best possible service. In case you are not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund within 30 days from the time a complaint is registered with our Care team. The final refund will be made after deducting the applicable taxes, any charges applicable for the work completed by us till date and administration charges involved. All such refunds will be made in the form of online transfers and receipt for the same will be emailed to your registered email address.
