RESCUE® provides its services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement (the “Agreement”). In addition, when you use any RESCUE® service (e.g., Customer Reviews), you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.

Throughout this Terms of Use, RESCUE®’s “prior written consent” means a communication coming from RESCUE®’s legal department, specifically in response to your request, and specifically addressing the activity or conduct for which you seek authorization.

• contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (e. those not linked to or from another accessible page);
• provides material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate manner or solicits personal information from anyone;

  – interferes with another user’s use and enjoyment of the Website//Apps or any other individual’s user and enjoyment of similar services; or refers to any website/App or URL that, in the sole discretion of RESCUE®, contains material that is inappropriate for the Website/Apps, contains content that would be prohibited on the Website/Apps, or violates the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use.

5. You must use the Website/Apps in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the RESCUE®’s Website/App,, including without limitation, collecting usernames and/or email addresses of registered members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website/App, are not permitted. This includes the unauthorized interception of the data stream coming from or going into the Website/Apps, as well as attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Website/Apps or exceeding your authorized access.

12. RESCUE® shall have all the rights to take necessary action and claim damages that may occur due to your involvement/participation in any way on your own or through group/s of People, intentionally or unintentionally in DoS/DDoS (Distributed Denial of Services).

Unless otherwise specified, the material on RESCUE® is presented solely for the purpose of provision of services within territorial jurisdiction of Republic of India. RESCUE® makes no representation that materials in RESCUE® are appropriate or available for use in other locations/ Countries other than Republic of India.

Those who choose to access this Website/App from other locations/countries other than the Republic of India do so on their own initiative and RESCUE® is not responsible for supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from other locations/Countries other than India, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

PRODUCT/SERVICE DESCRIPTION

RESCUE® tries to be as accurate as possible. However, RESCUE® does not warrant that product/service description or other content of this Website/App is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product/service offered by RESCUE® itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition/ask for a refund against services rendered.

PRICING/TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR

Pricing on the services/product is as it shows, however due to any technical issue, typographical error or product information received from our suppliers’ prices of the product may vary. RESCUE® will try to be accurate, however if you come across any difference in pricing on the RESCUE® Website/App pre and post orders, RESCUE® request you to contact us within 24 (Twenty Four) hours of booking service. RESCUE® shall then refund the difference amount within 10-15 business days of intimation. The mode of refund will be the same as at the time of placing the order. If RESCUE® comes across any such difference in pricing, it has all the rights to rectify the same or cancel the order.
